Answer:

Step-by-step explanation:

Given

Q. If (2i + 6j + 27k) × (i + pj + qk) = 0, then the value of p and q are?

    We can write it in matrix form as

       i        j       k

      2       6       27        =   i + j + k

      1       p       q

  So i (6q – 27 p) – j (2q – 27) + k (2 p – 6) = i + j + k

Consider 2q – 27 = 0

            2q = 27

        q = 27/2

Also 2p – 6 = 0

         2p = 6

Or p = 3

Therefore p = 3 and q = 27/2
