According to the question,

Equation = x² - x - 4

=> a + b = -b/a

=> a + b = 1

products of zeroes of quadratic polynomial.

=> ab = c/a

=> ab = -4

To find = a²b + b²a.

=> ab ( a + b)

put the value in this equation.

we get,

=> -4 ( 1)

=> -4

value of a²b + b²a = -4
