Q.In a hybridisation experiment similar tothat performed by Gregor Mendel, when a pure breed pea plant having round seeds was crossed with a pure-breed pea plant having wrinkled seeds. Pea plants of F1 generation were obtained and subsequently when two pea plant of F1-generation were self-crossed, then pea plants of F2-generation with results completely different from the previous generation were observed.
(i) What must be the percentage or the ratio of the type of seeds obtained in the F1-generation plants and F2-generation plants.
(ii) State the type of plants not found in F1 generation but appeared in F2 generation, mentioning the reason/law for the same.(1.5+1.5=3)
