Q) In a particular month, Rs. 10,000 were allocated for
the food items in a hostel out of total Rs. 50,000 budget.
Further Rs. 2000 is allocated for the fruits out of Rs.10.000
(allocated for food items) what per cent of total budget's

Answer :-

given that,

→ Total budget of hostel was = Rs.50000

and,

→ Amount allocated for food items = Rs.10000

also,

→ Amount allocated for fruits out od food items = Rs.2000 .

then,

→ % of total budget's spend on fruits only = (Amount allocated for fruits * 100) / Total budget of hostel = (2000 * 100) / 50000 = 4% (Ans.)
