• However, in this modern world, the value of ethics and standards seems to rapidly reduce at each phase, whether personal or professional. Therefore, it becomes important to understand the cost that an organization has to bear for ignorance of ethics in business.
• An ethical environment affects a broad range of decisions as they are deeply embedded in many of the characteristics of an organization. Hence, it is essential for every individual to contribute their bit by expanding their scope and volunteering to take an initiative to create an ethical culture at the workplace.
