Correct option is

C

90o

Given:

In △ABC

AB=63cm

AC=12cm

BC=6cm

Solution:

AC2=144

AB2=108

BC2=36

Since,

AC2=AB2+BC2

∴ By Converse of Pythagoras Theorem,

△ABC is an Right Angle Triangle at B.

∴∠B=90o

∆ABC~∆DEF [AA Rule]

By corresponding side of similar triangle,

AB/DE=BC/EF=AC/DF

6/12=AC/DF

1/2=3√2/DF

DF=2(3√2)

DF=6√2

DF is 62cm
