Using section formula ,
0 = (5-3k) ÷k+1
0= 5-3k
k = 5/3
Therefore the ratio is 5:3
x = {4×3 + (-2×5)} ÷ (5+3)
x = (12- 10) ÷ 8
x = 2/8
x = 1/4
✴ Hence , point of division = (1/4, 0)
