Answer:Earlier the name Hindustan was given to India because It was assumed that it is 5he only coutry of Hindus.
But later when large no. of religions came in India and riots started between them then it was named as India.
Due to this country suffers great change .
It becomes secular.Babur also use the term Hindiatan to consider the lands and vegeation culture of India.
