Raw materials used in nylon are petroleum,natural gas,lime stone, coal,water,acetylene etc. polyster is made using purified terephthalic acid and monoethelyne glycol etc. >> Raw material : Naturally occurring polymer cellulose from wood pulp. Though it is from a natural source rayon is man-made.
