Organisation is a social system. All parts of organisation affect all other parts.
That is, there is so much of interrelationship of parts that anything happening at one end
is transmitted to the other end. This interrelationship is not only between the elements
and parts of organisation, but also with the environment around it. When organisation
functions, these relationship and interrelationships get established and gradually
organization obtains a systematised and orderly behaviour.
