Given info : 5C of charge is moved through a +5 volts potential difference.

To find : The change in electric potential energy is...

solution : change in electric potential energy is the product of charge and potential difference.

i.e., ∆U = q∆V

here ∆V = 5 volts , q = 5 C

so, ∆U = 5 × 5 = 25 joules.

Therefore the change in electric potential energy is 25 joules
