9 = (perimeter)

9 = 4*side

side = 9/4 = 2.25m

Fencing

Fencing thrice = (perimeter) *3

= 9 * 3 = 27m

1m = 2.5 , 27m=?

= 27*2.5 = 67.5

cost = 67.5

Leveling

Area = 9/4 * 9/4

= 81/16 m^{2}

cost = 81/16 *3

= 243/16

= 15.18
