First we have to solve::

(1/-2)-(3/4) of (-8/15)

=> (1/-2)+2/5

=>(5-4)/-10=-1/10

now,

product of -7/50 and 15/14

=>-3/20

●let the no. which we should add be x then,

=>-1/10+x=-3/20

=>x=(-3+2)/20

=>x=-1/20

hence , -1/20 is required no.
