Construction: Draw AD perpendicular to BC

∴∠ADB=∠ADC=90o

Proof: 

Consider △ABD and △ACD

AD is common

AB=AC

∴∠ADB=∠ADC=90o

Hence ∠ABD=∠ACD

∠ABC=∠ACB

∠B=∠C. Hence the proof
