Relation is shown below -

Parents have blood group AB. Their genotype will be - Ia Ib.

Crossing Ia Ib with Ia Ib, offsprings will have following combinations -

1. Ia Ia 2. Ia Ib 3. Ib Ia 4. Ib Ib.

According to above genotypes of children, boy with A blood group will have genotype - Ia Ia.

Now this child marries girl with blood group O, whose genotype will be Io Io.

Crossing Ia Ia with Io Io, all the children will have same blood groups - Ia Io.

Hence, their daughter will have blood group A.

Genotypes of blood groups -

O - Io Io

A - Ia Io, Ia Ia

B - Ib Io, Ib Ib

AB - Ia Ib
