~ Question ::

Prior to his discovery regarding his thinking faculty, what was the child given to understand by adults ?

______________________________________________

~ Answer ::

Child when turned to adult and lost his childhood behind, he started using his own rational thinking. When he was child, he was made to learn whatever adults thought and done. His thinking was not his own. Everything what he learnt was from the actions and habit which were done by adults. Even he wasn't allowed to think as he want or choose the way he done. Before this point, he felt that adults always talked and preached as well as followed this for love.

Even he was given to understand that Hell and Heaven existed in real life by which a person's deeds are determined. A small child, who was just getting familiar with world was made to understand and all the things of elderly people. He couldn't even enjoy his childhood properly. Everything he thought was considered amateur was dismissed by adults thinking that it would spoil his future. His ideas weren't given any importance.

Childhood is the age to explore. If a child is limited to some explorations, he/she remains away from it for rest of time. At that instance, child's brain was not his own. His thought were mixed with adult's and the child was thus moulded into that shape.

~ Overview ::

This is the story written by Markus Natten who illustrated the childhood of a child which gets faded away slowly by rules and regulations by a wide usage of Poetic Devices like Metaphors, Rhyming Scheme, etc. Here a life of child is demonstrated where the child tries to recall his childhood which he lost while he was getting elder.

Answer:

as the child lost his childhood he got to understand that adults always talk about love and preach about love but they aren't always so loving. The child thinks he lost his childhood when he ceased to be 11 and started to differentiate between facts and reality. "When did my childhood go? Was it the time I realised that adults were not all they seemed to be, They talked of love and preached of love, But did not act so lovingly"

We can even consider the fact that as a child we are many times intimidated by the adults but when we lose our childhood we realize that we have the right to think by ourself and our thoughts were not influenced by the others.

"When did my childhood go? Was it when i found my mind was really mine, To use whichever way I choose, Producing thoughts that were not those of other people But my own, and mine alone"
