12000 borne by puneet and 6000 by mohit option b is correct

Because overall puneet profit is 28000 mohit 10000 and Rohit 10000 ad per given ratio.

But total profit is 40000 and puneet and mohit give guarantee to Rohit for 28000 profit then puneet gives to Rohit 12000 and mohit gives to Rohit 6000 then total profit of Rohit is 10000 +12000+6000=28000
