Q) Roni had 16,000 in his hand. He invested a part of it at 61 % for 8 years and the 4 remaining at 8 % for 6 years. If the total interest earned was ₹8,000, find the amount invested in each place.

(Solution with step-by-step explanation)

~I did 'Back-counting' of this Q. and I found that this question isn't incorrect..
The answer given at the back is Rs. 7,500 and Rs. 8,500. But, I am always failing to solve this 'Simple Interest' question.
So, this is a request from me, please anyone send the correct solution with step-by-step explanation.

I will definitely be very thankful to him/her.
