Astronaut confirmed in 1920 , that our universe is currently Expanding. Distant Galaxy move apart from one another. And then, two Physicists proved in 1960 , that time cannot extend back indefinitely.

So, as time is indefinable, that is not found that when time was arrived .

But, Some Scientists says that, it was created before the universe and after the Big Bang.
