Gradient (slope) would be 1/2 because a line passing through 6+4t,5+2t would be passing through point (6,5) and its director vector would be (4,2).
Let y=mx+c be equation of the line . As it passes through points (2,3) and (6,5), you solve the equation for m and c and you will get m as 1/2.
Another way of solving it would be to see the direction vector which is (4,2) so the gradient would be y/x = 2/4 = 1/2
