(a) It should be made mandatory for political parties to regulate that internal affair. It should be made compulsory for political parties in maintain a register of its members and have periodic elections of office bearers.

- It should be made compulsory for Political Parties to maintain a register of its members and to follow its own constitution.
- It should be made mandatory for political to give a minimum number of tickets, above 1/3, to women candidates.

- There should be a state funding for the elections which are conducted.
- Money should be given by the government to the parties for supporting their election expenses. This support could be given in the kind of like: petrol, paper, telephone etc.
