Section-A
Mother Teresa, an angle of mercy, was God's greatest gift to mankind. Her life was a true story of
love and compassion. It was she who brought shine on the faces of millions of sick and poor. Throughout
her life, she did the service of "poorest of the poor". She had a firm belief that through serving the
poorest. she was serving God.
When she was only twelve year old, she decided to become a nun, to spend her life for
God's work. She travelled throughout the world to set up 'Islands of Hope' for the neglected, the poor and
the sufferers. It was in 1929 that she arrived in Kilkata, India.
