So, x+y=180

−(1)

x=y+18

⇒y+18+y=180

∴y=81;x=99

let the angle be x

other angle ( it's supplement) = (180 - x)

x +18 = (180- x)

2x = 162

x= 162/2 = 81

Other angle (its supplement) = 180- x

= 180- 81 = 99
