Therefore,

Now, given that after 8 years, Ratio of their age will become 5:6.
So, age of Deepak and Pramod after 8 years is :
- Pramod age after 8 year will be 3x+8
- Deepak age after 8 years will be 4x+8
Now, given that Ratio of their age become 5:6
So,
3x+8 : 4x + 8 = 5:6
[Doing cross multiplication]
Now, we found that constant of Ratio is 4.
Therefore,
- Present age of Pramod = 3x = 3×4 => 12 years
- Present age of Deepak = 4x = 4×4 => 16 years
