As there is no relation between adjacent sides of a parallelogram, I'm assuming your question meant adjacent angles.

Two adjacent angles in a parallelogram add up to 80^{\cdot}

\longrightarrow 3x - 4 + 3x + 16 = 180^{\cdot} \\\longrightarrow 6x + 12 = 180\\\longrightarrow 6x = 168\\\longrightarrow x = 28

Now that we know x, we can find the values of two angles -

3x - 4 = 3(28) - 4 = 80^{\cdot}\\3x + 16 = 3(28) + 16 = 100^{\cdot}

The mesaure angles are 80 and 100, ∵ opposite angles in parralelogram are equal two of them are 80 and remaning two are 100.
