Q.Two bodies A and B of same mass are moving with velocities V ans 2V respectively. compare their inertia and momentum.

m1 = m2 = m

v1 = V; = v2 = 2V

Momentum = mv

So, Momentum1 = mV

Momentum2 = 2mV

Momentum of second body is greater than of first body.

Therefore,

Inertia of first body < Inertia of second body.
