1) There are two tetrahedral site for each sphere.
Meaning :- If the number of octahedral sites are half as there are two tetrahedral sites. These tetrahedral site is formed by four lattice atoms which means arrangement of atoms into a crystal structure.
2) There is one octahedral site for each sphere.
Meaning :- We know that we know that there is one octahedral site for each sphere as the number of octahedral sites are half as there are two tetrahedral sites.

1.)There are two tetrahedral site for each sphere. These tetrahedral sites is formed by four lattice atoms which means arrangement of atoms into a crystal structure. ... And the coordination number of a tetrahedral void is four because of the void forms at the center of four spheres.
2.) There are two tetrahedral sites for each sphere and there is only one octahedral site for each sphere. Tetrahedral void is a simple triangular void in a crystal and is surrounded by four spheres arranged tetrahedrally around it.
