plasmolysed cell is a cell which when kept in a hypertonic solution shrinks from it cell wall due to exosmosis. it can be deplasmolysed by keeping it in a hypertonic solution

Plasmolysis is a process which occurs when a cell is present in a hypertonic solution. A hypertonic solution contains excessive amount of solute in it and less concentration of solvent.

In a hypertonic solution, water moves out of the cells and eventually shrinks.

A plasmolysed cell can be reversed back in a normal condition if it is put in a hypotonic solution. The stomata in the plant will keep the water inside the plant cell and keep it normal.
