CaCO3 → CaO + CO2

Moles = Mass / Mr

19.3 / 100.0869 = 0.1928324286 mol

Mol Ratio = 1:1

Mass = Moles x Mr

0.1928324286 x 56.0774 = 10.8135412327

= 10.8 grams

BTW grams is a unit of mass, not weight, which is a force due to gravity.
