Q. Which show that 6 to the power ‘n’ cannot end with the digit 0 or 5 for any natural number n.

For a number to end with 0 or 5 , it should be of the form 2^m×5^n ( simply meaning a multiple of 10) or of the form 2^m or 5^n.

But the no. 6 ( or raised to any power) is of the form 2^m×3^n . That's why 6 raised to any power never ends with 0 or 5. ohh sry i have done all the explanation here. I think it maybe useful for you
