a) we are advised to take bland and nourishing food because it contains all the nutritive values such as protien, calcium, iron, phosporus, carbohydrates etc.carbohydrate is required to give us energy for the process of recruitment. these food types helps increasing no. of wbc or leucophytes also called immune cells which help us to fight and kill the infectious microbe and cure the disease.consuming junk and oily foods can serve a good medium for growth of the microbe.
b) the different means are AIR -:AIRBORNE DISEASE. when an infected person sneezes his excreta neucleai which contain microbes will reticulate in the environment and the person who will inhale it along with the intake of oxygen will catch the disease and the microbe will start a new infection like tuberculoises of lungs, common cold, pneumonia , cough, etc.
WATER-:WATERBORNE DISEASE. when an excreta of an infected person gets mixed in the drinking water ,and if that drinking water is consumed by a disease free person living in that locality ,the cholera causing bacteria will enter the body and start infection. like gut disease cholera, typhoide these disease tays in the gut or lower part of the somach..
VECTORBORNE DISEASE-: disease carrying agents or organism that carries the germs(infectious microbe)from an infected person to a healthy person . in this case the vectors such as flies, mosquitoes etc. are the disease carrying agents.for eg malaria carrying vector is female anopheles mosquito that inject its probocsis to suck blood along with which malaria causing protozoan(plasmodium falcaprum) will enter the body and start infection.
c) students must carry hand sanitizers , they must not share each others water bottles, they must bring their own handkerchief, they must not litter garbage everywhere a dustbin should be provided.
d) immunisation is inducing antibodies that can fight and kill the foreign bodies entering the body this is done with the help of vaccine where dead microbes are injected in ourbody so that our immune system developes antibodies against it and become immune to the particular disease so that when active infectious microbes enters the body ,immune system recognize it and kill the microbes.
e)some of the immunisation programmes in my locality are polio vaccine, dtb vaccine , hepatitis B etc.
diseases which cause major problem in my locality are H1N1 virus causing SWINE FLU, EBOLA , PNEUMONIA, TUBERCULOISES ETC........ HOPE THIS MIGHT HELP YOU -:) ##PLEASE RATE ME AS BRAINLIEST##
