The dormouse did not object being used as a cushion because he was fast as sleep.  This is in Chapter 7 of Alice in Wonderland and the sub-title is “A Mad Tea-Party”.  In this scene, “March Hare” and “Mad Hatter” were having tea and Alice joins them inspite of them rudely refusing to accept her.  She feels that they were being rude to her and they feel that Alice was being rude by joining the tea-party without being invited.

The Dormouse was a character in 'A Mad Tea-Party' in the story Alice's Adventures in Wonderland. A table was laid out under a tree in front of the house. The March Hare and the Mad Hatter were having tea. The Dormouse was sitting in between them.

The Dormouse was always falling asleep. The Hare and the Hatter used him as a cushion while he slept. So maybe he was not aware that they were using him as a cushion and therefore did not object to being used as a cushion.
