Q:-why does we cannot observe the image which is formed on blind spot in eye????
please answer in own language and in short

Because this is the spot where it is fully​ dark and can't see anything

We can't observe the image which is formed on the blind spot this is because this spot hasn't got any optical receptor.
These receptors are mainly termed cones and rods which aren't present in blind spot.
