The variation is important and beneficial for species as it allows a species to adapt to a changing environment. ... Only those who adopt the changes can survive in harsher conditions by adapting to the changes. For an individual, the variation doesn't matter in most of the conditions.

hope it will help you ❣️

Answer:

Socially ,variation is not beneficial and necessary for individuals as in terms of human , it causes discrimination, racialism, differences in abilities , etc...

In other ways, survival in the harsh surroundings is only possible for the fittest.

This is also a pull-back for the variation.

hope it helps
