service sector is said to have an unbalanced development because they are two faces of development in the service sector on one hand there are a lot of people working as small scale manufacturers small shopkeepers and the Berely e manage to earn a living on the other hand there are only a few number of people that get good jobs and earn a good amount of salary so we can say that only a part of service sector is growing while the other part of service sector is still not growing.
