Because, in one place 8 is present.

we know that if in one place

0 or 2 or 4 or 6 or 8 will present then it is divisible by 2 .

b. 65490 is divisible by 15 .

Because, it is divisible by 5 and 15 is divisible by 5 .

c. 2089 is not divisible by 5.

If in one place 5 or 0 will present then it is divisible by 5 . But here 0 or 5 is not present .
