In the last month, Ahuja Furniture house gave you an order for different sports items with your company. While ordering the products, it was clearly mentioned that the company has to deliver all the ordered items on time but there was a delay in the delivery of the ordered goods. Moreover, the company delivered sub-standard quality items which have made our company lose our clients. Therefore, Ahuja Furniture house wants a refund of the items already delivered and cancel the remaining orders.
If your company is not ready to refund the money the school shall file a case in the consumer court.
