Q.You are Rohan/Rohana,Librarian of Modern School,Guwahati.You have placed an order for a few books for your school library.When the books were delivered,you found that some books were damaged and some were missing.

Sub-Immediate replacement of the damaged and missing books

Sir,

I am Rohana,the librarian of Modern Public School,Guwahati.Some books were ordered by our school for classes 9 to 12 on 7 april,2019 and delivered on 15 april,2019.

Some of the books delivered are damaged whereas some are missing too. It is not for the first time we have ordered books from Bharat Publishers. When we have ordered the books earlier were very good in condition but this time is was very dissappointing to get books in such way from your publishing company.

Hope your company will send the books soon and in good condition.
