Subjcet:- Complaint against purchased mobile.
Sir/ Madam,
I regret to inform you that a Samsung J7 mobile phone purchased from your shop on 25th December 2020 is not functioning properly. (Model number- XXXX, Receipt no- YYYYY). The newly purchased mobile has started to malfunction since last week. To be precise:-
- It gets discharged within 3- 4 hours of use even it has been fully charged.
- The display screen abruptly becomes black.
- The mobile switches off frequently while functioning.
Since the product is within warranty period (warranty card no:- AAAAA), I request you to kindly replace this item as soon as possible. Looking for a kind cooperation from your end.
