Q1.A father is 3 times as old as his son. In 10 years’ time, his age will be double his son’s age. Find their present ages.​

Let son's present age be: x

Father's present age : 3x

After 10 years: Son's age = x+10

Father's age = 3x+10

According to the given relation 3x+10 = 2*(x+10) + 5 3x+10 =2x+20+5 3x-2x=25-10 x=15

Present age of son is 15 and father's is 3x =45.
