Answer:

1-Town A=9:45

Town B=13:10

The time taken =13:10-9:45=3:25

Distance= 3:25hr=205sec

108km/h=108000m/s

Total distance= 205×108000= 22140000m=22140km

3-$2500 in 3:2

3:2 = 3+2=5parts

1 part =2500/5=$500

3 parts =500×3=$1500

2 parts =500×2=$1000

5-250 km in 22 litre

1litre =250÷22=11.36(approx)

460 km=11.36×460=5225.6km(approx)

6 Distance=245km

Time=4hr

Speed=Distance÷Time

=245km÷4hr=61.25km/hr
