1) (a) wet clothes do not dry easily on a rainy day because on a rainy day the humidity present in air is very high which affects the rate of evaporation.
(b) wind speed affects rate of evaporation, evaporation increases when wind speed increases. During evaporation of our sweat it takes latent heat from our body which does a cooling effect.That's why we feel relief under a fan when we perspire.
