a). The kind of industry he has started is poultry farming.

Poultry farming is the form of animal husbandry which raises domesticated birds such as chickens, ducks, turkeys and geese to produce meat or eggs for food.

b). The two types of industries discussed under poultry farming are the chicken industry and the egg industry.

When the economy works properly, producers can sell their goods on an open market, having access to multiple buyers with whom they can negotiate the price they receive for their goods. But open, competitive markets for poultry products haven't existed in a long time.

a). The type of industry that Harsh is engaged in is the sugarcane industry.

The sugar industry subsumes the production, processing and marketing of sugars mostly saccharose and fructose.

b). Cane sugar is produced by extracting sugar from the crushed cane. Depleted cane (bagasse) can be used as fuel in plant power generation, paper or cardboard can also be manufactured from surplus bagasse.

After extraction raw cane sugar is refined into granulated white sugar and other sugar products.
