Find the final score of Akbar.

Akbar's Final score $=$ Points earned $-$ Minus points

                                $=(4+3+4)-(1+2)\\=11-3\\=8$

Find the final score of Praneet.

Praneer's Final score $=$ Points earned $-$ Minus points

                                    $=(3+3)-(2+2+1+2)\\=6-7\\=-1$

Find the final score of Sujata.

Sujata's Final score $=$ Points earned $-$ Minus points

                                $=(3+3+2)-1\\=8-1\\=7$

Find the final score of Bharati.

Bharati's Final score $=$ Points earned $-$ Minus points

                                  $=(3+3+2+2)-(1+1)\\=10-2\\=8$

Observe that, Akbar and Bharati both scored 8 points in the end and Akbar lost 3 points while Bharati lost 2 points.

Understand that, Akbar lost more point than Bharati.

Therefore, according to the rules of the games Bharati won the game.
