Q.1)Yes,all fossil fuel are made of compounds of hydrogen and carbon (hydrocarbons). Fossil fuel are dead remains of organisms which are made up of carbon.
E.g :- methane is CH4
Q.2) Coke- because it is an almost pure form of carbon and burns with no smoke.
