Yes. When an object moves while changing direction even though it might have covered some distance it wil have zero displacement.

yes displacement can be 0

in circular motion an object started from point a and complete a circumference and reached again at a the distance is greater than 0 but the displacement is 0.

displacement is the shortest distance between final and initial points.
