Answer:

4.75

Step-by-step explanation:

let the weight of the onion be x, then

cabbage = 3.5kg

tomato=2.75

onion=x

3.5+2.75+x=11

6.25+x=11

x=11-6.25

x=4.75

Total vegetable weight is 11 kg =11000gm
Cabbage is 3kg 500 gm= 3500gm
Tomato is 2kg 75 gm= 2750gm
So 11000- 3500-2750 =4750
1 kg = 1000 gm
So 4750/1000= 4.750
So Onion is 4750 gm = 4 kg 750 gm
