A= He is Tiger because he has quick and sharp bands on his body.

He moves slowly and steadily up and down in his cage because It is very small. so, he can hardly take few steps in the cage.

It means that Tiger has soft pads that feel like velvet. His moves make no noise. He is full of anger but remains quiet because of helplessness here in cage.  

B= The Tiger is captured in prison. He is feeling pity for himself. He also looks poor longing for his natural habitat.  

.C= He looks majestic as he moves slowly and quietly in his cage. He has soft velvety pads. He makes no noise as he moves. He has brilliant shining eyes.
