Dear Akshay,

I hope you are fine with family.In this letter, I am going to write how I take care of myself.I take every possible care to prevent myself from Covid attack.I wash my hands frequently with soap water.I wash my clothes with detergent powder in lukewarm water.I wear face mask when I go out. I always carry hand sanitizer with me.I take warm water in the morning and before going to bed.I eat fruits and vegetables, enriched in Vitamin-C.I help my mother in sanitizing the floors of our building.I maintain social distance and keep myself two metres away from the people.l stop visiting my friends' houses.I talk to my friends about health and hygiene.l take some herbal medicines to boost up immunity in my body.I never take stale food.I don't take cold water. practise Yoga and Praanayam in the morning and evening.I pray God for the universal well
