The main difference between human and cow’s digestive system is that human can’t digest cellulose, however, the cow can.
As we know, cellulose is abundant molecule and can’t be absorbed with the help of enzyme, and human use enzyme in the stomach for digesting the food.
However, cow comes under ruminant herbivore category, and uses bacteria for digesting cellulose, stored in their enlarged stomach called rumen.
